CRM IMPLEMENTATION
Most CRMs don’t Fail. Implementations Do.
The software worked fine. The rollout didn’t. Nobody mapped the team’s real workflow, nobody moved the data properly, nobody trained anyone — and by week three everyone was back on WhatsApp. We implement so that doesn’t happen.
ThE story
Why CRM projects die
- Wrong Scope
The system was set up for an Ideal Process, not the Team’s Real One. - Bad Data Migration
Old Leads Dumped in, half duplicated, half missing. Trust in the system was gone on day one. - No Training
A Login link and a “let us know if you have questions” Email is not Training. - No one Accountable after Go-Live
The Vendor moved to the next Project. Questions Piled up. Usage Dropped.
If you’ve lived through one of these, you already know:
The second attempt is harder than the first. The team remembers.
the difference
How we do it differently
SCOPING YOUR REAL WORKFLOW
Before any setup, we map how leads, follow-ups, quotations, and service actually move through your business today. The system is configured to that — not the other way around.
DATA MIGRATION DONE PROPERLY
Your existing leads, customers, and history are mapped, cleaned, and moved — not dumped. You start with a system your team can trust on day one.
TRAINING ON YOUR WORKFLOWS
Your team learns on your pipeline, your quotation format, your service process. Role by role — salespeople learn sales screens, service teams learn ticketing.
GO-LIVE WITH US IN THE ROOM
The first weeks decide adoption. We stay hands-on through them — fixing friction, adjusting workflows, answering the “how do I…” questions the moment they come up.
SUPPORTED AFTER GO-LIVE
New joiners onboarded. Reports adjusted. Workflows refined as your business changes. We pick up the phone in month six the same way we did in week one.

What we believe
How long it takes
For standard lead, follow-up, quotation, activity, and reporting workflows, teams go live in around 30 days when scope, users, and data are ready. Heavier customization, complex integrations, or large data migrations get an honest timeline in the proposal — not a marketing number.
Why it sticks
Most of our revenue is subscriptions, not one-time projects. That means we only do well when your system keeps getting used — month after month, year after year. Our incentives are aligned with your adoption, by design.
FAQ HUB
Often, yes. If the product underneath is sound, re-implementation — rescoping, cleaning data, retraining — is faster and cheaper than starting over. The working session will tell us which situation you’re in.
TargetCRM and EngiFlow360 are what we build and know deepest. But the working session comes first — if your problem needs automation or integration before any CRM, that’s what we’ll say.
On your data, your workflows, role by role. In person where practical, live online otherwise. Recordings stay with your team for new joiners.
It depends on scope — users, data, workflows, integrations. The proposal spells it out plainly: what you get, how we deploy, what it costs. No buried line items.
