Why Automating a Bad Process Makes It Worse, Not Better

Why Automating a Bad Process Makes It Worse, Not Better

One person owns the quotation tracker. Usually it is a sales coordinator who has built the sheet over years, with colour codes only they understand. Then that person goes on leave. Follow-ups stop, approvals sit in WhatsApp, and a quotation worth lakhs goes cold. The fix most MDs reach for is software. But automating a

What India’s $160B Data Center Push Means for Your Cloud Strategy

Why Most MSME AI Projects Fail Before They Start (It’s Not Budget)

One person owns the follow-up sheet. Usually it is the sales or operations head, already stretched across quotations, dispatches and month-end. The MD approves an AI pilot and hands it to that same person. Then a busy fortnight arrives, the data never gets cleaned, and the pilot stalls. This is how most MSME AI projects

Beyond Machinery: What Asset Management Actually Means for a Growing Business

Quick Answer Installed base management means keeping one record for every machine you have sold: who owns it, where it is installed, its warranty status, its AMC contract, its service history and the spares used. It is not a machine list. It is the record that tells your sales, service and dealer teams what each

Task List vs. Project Management System: The Line Most Businesses Cross Without Noticing

Why Operational Efficiency for SMEs Should Come Before Chasing More Revenue

Why Operational Efficiency for SMEs Should Come Before Chasing More Revenue

Quick Answer Operational efficiency for SMEs means your sales, service, and support work runs on a structured system instead of individual memory and scattered Excel sheets — so the business does not depend on one person staying in the job. Growth without that structure only adds more leads, more customers, and more chaos to the

We’re a small team — under 25 people. Is this too much system for us?

Not if your service and AMC complexity is real. A 15-person business managing 300 installed machines has more to track than a 100-person trading company. The working session will tell you what size setup fits.

Our dealers won’t use software. Does this still work?

Yes. Dealer coordination works even when the dealer only ever picks up the phone — your team logs the enquiry and the system tracks it from there. Dealers who want access can have it; it’s not required.

We have years of installation records in Excel. Do those move in?

That’s the point of doing migration properly. Installed base history is mapped and moved so the system is useful from day one — not starting from zero.

How long to go live?

For standard enquiry, quotation, service, and AMC workflows — around 30 days when scope, users, and data are ready. Heavier integrations get an honest timeline in the proposal.
