Machinery · Equipment · Engineering · AMC-driven businesses

You sold the Machine years ago.
The Business is everything that Happens After.

Service calls, AMC Renewals, Spare Parts, Dealer coordination, installed base History — the After-Sales side Runs your Revenue, and it’s Probably Running on Excel, WhatsApp, and one Person’s Memory.

The Reality

A week inside most Machinery Businesses

An AMC Renewal list in one Google Sheet, owned by one person

When they’re on Leave, Renewals wait. When they Resign, Renewals Leak.

Service complaints scattered across WhatsApp groups.

Service complaints scattered across WhatsApp groups.

A customer calls about a Machine installed six years ago

Nobody can pull up its service history, parts replaced, or warranty status without three phone calls.

Leads in one Place

Exhibition leads in one notebook, dealer referrals in another inbox, website enquiries somewhere else. Follow-up depends on memory

Sales Promises a Delivery Date

Service finds out about the installation when the customer calls asking where the engineer is.

What One System Changes

EVERY MACHINE YOU’VE EVER SOLD, ON RECORD

Installation Date, Site, configuration, Service Visits, Parts replaced, Warranty, AMC Status — one screen per machine. When the customer calls, anyone can answer

AMC RENEWALS THAT CHASE THEMSELVES

Due Dates Tracked in the System, not in someone’s head. Renewal reminders fire on time. Service Revenue Stops Leaking through the Calendar

SERVICE WITH TICKETS, NOT THREADS

Every Complaint logged, assigned, and escalated on SLA. Management sees Open, Overdue, and resolved without asking anyone

INQUIRY TO QUOTATION TO ORDER, CONNECTED

Exhibition, Dealer, Call, or Website — every enquiry Lands in one pipeline. Quotations Versioned and Tracked. Sales and Service Finally see the same Customer

DEALERS COORDINATED, NOT CHASED

Dealer enquiries and Commitments visible in the same System — no more reconciling over Phone calls at Month-End

STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?

Talk to the people building it.

Contact us now ↗
We’re a small team — under 25 people. Is this too much system for us?

Not if your service and AMC complexity is real. A 15-person business managing 300 installed machines has more to track than a 100-person trading company. The working session will tell you what size setup fits.

Our dealers won’t use software. Does this still work?

Yes. Dealer coordination works even when the dealer only ever picks up the phone — your team logs the enquiry and the system tracks it from there. Dealers who want access can have it; it’s not required.

We have years of installation records in Excel. Do those move in?

That’s the point of doing migration properly. Installed base history is mapped and moved so the system is useful from day one — not starting from zero.

How long to go live?

For standard enquiry, quotation, service, and AMC workflows — around 30 days when scope, users, and data are ready. Heavier integrations get an honest timeline in the proposal.
