Not Sure Which CRM.
Not Sure If You Even Need One.
Let’s Figure That Out First.

Most businesses jump to buying a CRM before they understand what they need it to do.
We help you slow down, map the gaps, and choose — or build — what actually fits.

Before You Pick a Tool, Ask Yourself.

These are the conversations we hear every week.

“My team tracks leads in Excel, WhatsApp, and memory — and things still fall through.”

Every follow-up depends on someone remembering. And when they don’t, the deal is gone.

“I bought a CRM. Nobody uses it properly.”

It was configured for a process that didn’t exist. Now it’s just another tab nobody opens.

“I know we need something. I don’t know where to start.”

There are too many options, too many opinions, and no clear way to compare them against your actual business.

“We’ve grown. What worked before isn’t working now.”

The team is bigger, the deals are more complex, and the old system is starting to crack under the weight.

This Isn’t a Sales Call. It’s a Working Session.

We map before we build. Every time.

Process Mapping

We look at how your business currently runs — sales, service, operations — and identify exactly where things break down.

Gap Analysis

We document what’s missing — handoffs that get dropped, data that lives nowhere, workflows that depend on one person.

CRM Recommendation

Based on your operations, team size, budget, and growth plan — we recommend the tool that fits. Not the most popular one. The right one.

Implementation Roadmap

Before any build begins, you get a clear picture of what gets configured, in what order, and what it will take from your team.

Data & Integration Planning

What data needs to move in. What systems need to connect. What needs to be cleaned before migration begins.

Four Steps. One Clear Direction.

These are the conversations we hear every week.

Step 01

Discovery Call

We understand your business, your team, and your current setup. No forms, no templates — just a direct conversation.

Step 02

Process & Gap Audit

We map your workflows, identify the friction points, and document what a CRM needs to solve for you.

Step 03

Recommendation & Roadmap

You get a written recommendation — which CRM, which modules, what to customise — with a phased plan to get there.

Step 04

Decision Support

We stay available while you evaluate, get internal buy-in, or compare options. No pressure to move until you’re ready.

We Don’t Sell CRM Licences.

We don’t have a preferred tool we push everyone toward.

What we bring is years of watching CRM rollouts succeed — and fail — across Indian businesses of every size.
We’ve seen what happens when a team buys before they’re ready, configures before they’ve mapped, and goes live before anyone’s trained.

Consultation is how we make sure that doesn’t happen to you.

STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?

Talk to the people building it.

We already have a CRM that nobody uses. Can you fix it instead of replacing it?

Often, yes. If the product underneath is sound, re-implementation — rescoping, cleaning data, retraining — is faster and cheaper than starting over. The working session will tell us which situation you’re in.

Do you only implement your own products?

TargetCRM and EngiFlow360 are what we build and know deepest. But the working session comes first — if your problem needs automation or integration before any CRM, that’s what we’ll say.

How is training delivered?

On your data, your workflows, role by role. In person where practical, live online otherwise. Recordings stay with your team for new joiners.

What does implementation cost?

It depends on scope — users, data, workflows, integrations. The proposal spells it out plainly: what you get, how we deploy, what it costs. No buried line items.
